He is a Bulgarian director and producer. He was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and raised in Germany. He studied at the National Film and Television School in the UK. His first directorial work was Goleshovo (2008). As a producer, he is known for 3/4 (2017), Sofia's Last Ambulance (2012), and Goleshovo (2008). He received many awards and nominations at several festivals, such as the Cannes Film Festival and the Bratislava International Film Festival.
