A Canadian actress and writer, born in Montreal, Canada. She began her career by working in theater with the university troupe of École normale supérieure in Paris as well as the Théâtre de l'Aquarium. She made her screen debut in 1971 in the series La brigade des maléfices. Her notable works include Aux frontières du possible (1971), La brigade des maléfices (1970), and Chère Louise (1972). She married Daniel Arasse, then Philippe Madral, and has three children, including Coline Gratton Madral.
