A Palestinian political leader, born in Al-Janiya, west of Ramallah. He is the official spokesman for the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, in the West Bank, a representative in the Palestinian Legislative Council, and a member of the Palestinian National and Islamic Forces in the Ramallah Governorate.
