An American television, theater, and film actress, born in New York. She graduated from the High School of Performing Arts, then attended the Yale School of Drama on a full scholarship. She is a founding member of the American Conservatory Theater, and she started her extensive daytime career in the 1960s. She's known for One Life to Live (1968), Passions (1999), Days of Our Lives (1965), and MacGyver (1985).
