A Palestinian human rights activist, born in Gaza City in 1983. She studied law at Al-Quds Open University, graduating in 2009. She began working in the field of human rights in 2008 and participated in many Palestinian human rights organizations, such as the Al Mezan Center for Human Rights and the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies. She became involved in many Palestinian human rights issues, such as the prisoners’ issue, the right of return, and freedom of expression. She was arrested and harassed due to her human rights activism. She launched the “We Are All Gaza” campaign in solidarity with the residents of the Gaza Strip during the Israeli war on the Strip. She's known for Naila and the Uprising (2017). She died on 27 September 2021.
