An Iraqi director, editor, and screenwriter, born in 1986 in Baghdad, Iraq. He studied at the College of Fine Arts, University of Baghdad. Then he studied for his master's at the London Film School. He participated as a voice recorder in the feature film Ahlam, which was produced after the American invasion of Iraq in 2004. After graduating, he worked as a director of photography and writer on several television channels. He's known for Hanging Gardens (2022), which participated in several international festivals and won a number of awards.
