A Chinese actress born in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. In 2003, she won the Huabiao Film Award for Outstanding Actress for Gone Is the One Who Held Me Dearest in the World. Some of her works include Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) and Mai tian (2009). She died on November 21, 2017 in China.
