A British-born American film and television actor, who worked in the United States and performed supporting roles such as a butler, traveling salesman, and doctor. Among his notable works are One Step Beyond (1959), Playhouse 90 (1956), and The Premature Burial (1962). He died on January 22, 1989, at age 88.
