An Italian actress, born in Rome, Italy, to a family of noble and ancient Roman origins. Her grandfather was Mario Ruspoli, an Italian prince. She studied at the Lycée français Chateaubriand in Rome until the end of World War II, when she was sent to a boarding school in Lausanne, Switzerland. She then returned to Italy to study nursing in Milan, but she decided to study theater at the Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art. Her credits include Seven Seas to Calais (1962) and Romeo and Juliet (1968). She died on September 1, 1988, in Panarea, Aeolian Islands, Italy.
