An American actor in cinema and television, born in New York, USA. He was one of the leading gorilla artists in Hollywood. He designed the gorilla suit himself and appeared in many films wearing it. The gorilla suit that he designed was placed in the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. He is known for Robot Monster (1953), The Magical World of Disney (1971), and Frankenstein's Daughter (1958). He died at the age of 80 on October 17, 1994, in Oxnard, California, USA.
