An American-Scottish film and television actor, born in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He later moved to California. Among his most important works are Kojak: The Belarus File (1985), Mannix (1967), Hangup (1974), and Kojak (1973). Mark Russell guest-starred in many TV shows. He also played many supporting and additional roles in cinema, such as the soldier, sailor, pilot, investigator, reporter, and doctor.
