A British film and television actor and producer, born in West Ham, London, England, United Kingdom. Howard Pays married three times and had two children. Among his most important works are The Password Is Courage (1962), Sixpenny Corner (1955-1956), A Night to Remember (1958), and Flower of Evil (1961). After his military service in the Royal Army, Howard Pays became an actor, then quit acting later on. He co-founded CCA, a talent agency in London. He died in Alton, Hampshire, England, United Kingdom, on April 12, 2002, from cancer at the age of 74.
