Before he was twenty, Luigi was a dancer and singer in vaudeville theaters. His most notable film credits include Nat 'King' Cole and Russ Morgan and His Orchestra (1953), The Toast of New Orleans (1950), The Ten Commandments (1956), and I Love Melvin (1953). He died in Manhattan, New York, USA, on April 7, 2015, from cancer, at the age of 90.
