The home where legendary performer Marilyn Monroe passed away was sold for 4 million dollars. The Los Angeles Times has mentioned that the house which is located in the Californian city of Brentwood and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a swimming pool was sold for 255 thousand dollars above the asking price. Marilyn Monroe had bought the house for 75 thousand dollars a short while before her death in 1962.The Los Angeles Times has also indicated that the house’s area is 243 meters and that it is surrounded by a garden that is planted with lemon trees.
