Launch of the Third Spanish and Latin American Film Festival in Cairo

The Cervantes Institute in Cairo, in cooperation with the Egyptian Opera, will be holding the third Spanish and Latin American Film Festival between the 26th and the 29th of the current month of September.The activities will include screenings for seven Spanish language productions from Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia and Spain. The screenings will take place at a venue at the Cairo Opera.Egypt has recently sought to strengthen cultural relations with Spain and Latin America as part of a larger policy to promote cultural exchange with other nations.
