Omar ElSharif Undergoes Hip Replacement Surgery

Beloved actor Omar AlSharif flew out to Paris on Thursday to undergo a left hip replacement surgery according to his business manager Inas Bakr. He is undergoing the surgery due to severe osteoporosis and not as a result of any injuries as many people have speculated. The surgery will prevent him from attending the Cairo Film Festival closing ceremony, as he will be under strict bed rest.
