Worthy of note is that Haifa has had one previous experience in acting through her role in “Dukkan Shehatta” (“Shehatta’s Shop”). The screenplay for that work is credited to Nasser A’bd Al Rahman and was directed by Khaled Youssif. The performers A’mr Sa’ad, Ghada A’bd Al Razeq and A’mr A’bd Al Galil acted alongside Haifa Wehbe in that production.Artist Haifa Wehbe has given her preliminary approval for the screenplay of the new television series “Musa”. If Wehbe decides to undertake the effort it would represent one of her first forays into TV drama. The series’ producer Mahmoud Shumais has remarked that he is still conducting negotiations with Haifa and that a contract is yet to be settled. However Shumais also added that matters will be finalized within two weeks’ time. If a final decision is indeed agreed, Haifa will begin holding workshops with screenwriter Tareq Badawi. Thereafter a date for the commencement of filming will be determined.
