A’beer Sabry Catches a Cold Whilst Shooting “Hafflat Muntassaf al-Leyl” (“Midnight Party”)

Performer A’beer Sabry has caught a bad round of the cold whilst shooting her latest film “Hafflat Muntassaf al-Leyl”. Director Mahmoud Kamel had decided to shoot a few outdoor scenes in cold weather which could have possibly exposed the artist to the infection.A’beer has refused to pause filming because she does not wish to stall the work of the rest of the film’s crew which includes performers Hanan Muttawi’ and Mona Hala.“Hafflat Muntassaf al-Leyl”relates events during a party where a murder takes place. The festive atmosphere abruptly transforms into a crime scene where everyone is a suspect.
