Nancy ‘Agram Sings: “Wahshany ya Misr Mout” (“Egypt, I Really Miss You”)

Over the next few days Lebanese musician Nancy ‘Agram will begin recording a new song intended to express her feelings towards Egypt and its people. The song will be titled “Wahshany ya Misr Mout” (“Egypt, I Really Miss You”). The lyrics for the song were drafted about a year ago but the opportunity to finish work on the song so as to present it apparently had never risen.The lyrics to “Wahshany ya Misr Mout” (“Egypt, I Really Miss You”) were prepared by lyricist Mohamed ‘Ouf, Mostafa Shawwqy composed the song and distribution is handled by Rafiq ‘Akef. This title is the second such song that Nancy ‘Agram presents for the Egyptian people following her earlier well known song “Law Saaltak Inta Masry” (“If You’re Asked Say You’re Egyptian”).
