‘Amr Adib Supported Mubarak Prior to His Stepping Down but Changed His Position Following His Resignation

‘Amr Adib’s position with regards to Mubarak has been inconsistent as he has recently come out to say that Egypt was in a dark period during the rule of Mubarak and that he is pleased with what the revolution has achieved as it has ushered in a new era for Egypt.Only a few days earlier ‘Amr was critical of protesters camped at Tahrir whereby he described their revolution as immature. Moreover, he had praised the rule of president Mubarak who had ruled Egypt for a periof of about 30 years.
