On Video: Samah Anwar apologizes to the youths of the revolution

Actress Samah Anwar has offered an apology to the youths of the revolution for statements which she had made against them and explained that Egyptian media and television had misled her along with many others making them believe that those who were protesting at the square were following foreign agendas in addition to being a security risk to Egypt and the cause behind the state of chaos which prevailed.Samah has explained in an interview with al-‘Arabiyah channel that her statements were intended for vandals who terrorized people at their homes. Thus she says that she does not regret making those comments as they were intended at vandals and not at the noble youths of the revolution. Samah also states that the confusion that had occurred was due to the media which she accuses of not portraying what was in fact happening at the square. Thereafter the actress presented an apology to the youths of the revolution confirming her respect and pride for the revolution after having learned what had actually happened.
