Nagwa Karram rebuffs claims that she was assaulted

Actress Nagwa Karram has gainsaid what has circulated recently in an Egyptian newspaper regarding her undergoing an unpleasant experience after recording an episode of the show “Arab’s Got Talent” which is broadcast on MBC 4. Thus the source has stated that following the show Nagwa was attacked by one of the losing contestants who tried to batter her before being stopped by personal guards.It was also stated that the contestant had lost to a Palestinian by the name of ‘Essam al-Bashity and that Nagwa Karram’s vote was the deciding factor that led to ‘Essam winning.Karram furthermore rebuffed claims that she would soon be releasing a song dedicated to Egypt indicating that she neither recorded nor distributed the single and that all that has been achieved in this regard is that she has received the lyrics for the song from the poet Nazar Francis.
