Mohamed ‘Adawwiya welcomes his firstborn son

Musician Mohamed ‘Adawwiya has happily welcomed his firstborn son “Ahmed” following an anxious wait. The musician believes that the limiting of the curfew on the day his firstborn entered the world is a good omen – according to his statement. ‘Addawiyah junior had previously expressed his intention to name the child after his father. Mohamed ‘Adawwiya’s most recent work was the album “al-Mawlid” (“The Birth”). He had composed more than one song in the album and succeeded in convincing his father, renowned folk musician Ahmed ‘Adawwiya, to join him in singing the song titled “al-Mawlid”.
