Famous Eonline website said that Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner agreed to let it stand at only 120 days. It is most likely that Lindsay will spend the sentence period under house arrest because jails are overcrowded.Lohan stated: "I am glad to be able to put this past me and move on with my life and my career; I support the judge's decision and hold myself accountable for being in this situation."Lohan’s probation report showed a positive test for alcohol after leaving the rehab.
