Claudia turns down a tempting offer to play the Fawazeer

Iraqi singer and actor Claudia rejected CBM channel’s tempting offer to play “Fawazeer Ramadaan i.e. Ramadaan riddles” because she will be highly occupied staging many concerts in the upcoming weeks.Two major Iraqi telecom companies are sponsoring the Fawazeer, yet Claudia turned the offer down in order to stage concerts intersecting with the shooting time.However, the channel insisted on Claudia, which led her to raise her wage significantly to push them to give the role to another actress. She was surprised by their acceptance, which made her refuse the offer completely.The Fawazeer directed by Souraan ‘Aly Shareef is based on the idea of famous love stories such as “Romeo and Juliette”, “Beauty and the Beast”...etcClaudia always wanted to work with Souraan but she cannot cancel her concert contracts because of penalties.Claudia assured that she wishes to play the Fawazeer with a big budget and high technicalities to impress audience through Arab World.Claudia added that she is overwhelmed by her success in Egypt, which helped her to stage more concerts and meet more fans.
