‘Omar Khairat conducts “Naagy ‘Attallaah Band”

The great Maestro ‘Omar Khairat has read the script of the TV series “Ferkat Naagy ‘Attallaah i.e. Naagy ‘Attallaah Band” in order identifying the events, characters, and the basic atmosphere, as a prelude to put the series soundtracks.Starring ‘Aadel Emaam, the series tells the story of an officer at the Egyptian Embassy in Tel-Aviv who decides to burgle an Israeli bank after getting retired. That is why he forms a band.Khairat said, in an interview with al-Kaahera newspaper, that he will compose the overture and the finale themes and there will be no songs in the series.He added that he will start composing by the mid of June, after finishing the series editing process.
