Singer Carol Samaha :" I declined to act the mini series "Asmahaan" in fear of attempting such an experience

Lebanese artist "Carol Samaha" stated that playing the role of "Al Shahroora" was one of the hardest challenges she's ever had to face.She said :"Although i regretted turning down the mini series "Asmahaan" later on, yet I'm happy I did because if i had accepted it, director "Sadek Al Sabah" would have excluded me from the mini series "Al Shahroora" which for me (with all due respect) is a bigger experience and role to play considering that "Al Shahroora" had a different and unique value in the Arab world and the hearts of the people."
