The death of the superstar “Hend Rostom”

The death of the superstar “Hend Rostom”, due to a sudden heart attack earlier this evening (Monday the 8th of August 2011) at the age of eighty after she was hospitalized in the intensive care.She was a symbol for temptation in the Egyptian films that retired thirty-two years ago. Her last movie was “hayaty azab” (tortured life) in the year 1979. Her roles will never be forgotten, specially “hanoma” in the movie “bab el hadid” (the iron door), “ebn hamido” (hamido’s son), “seraa fl nil” (struggle in the nile), “bein el sama wl ard” (between the sky & the earth), and incarnating her own character in “eshaat hob” (love rumor).
