Singer Shabaan abdel Raheem confesses : drugs are the reason for my illness and i dont see that working in a night club is a sin

In an interview with local singer Shabaan Abdul Raheem with the tv host Reham Saeed in her program "A break on the air" on Al Mehwar channel, Shabaan said that the real reason for his illness was his drug abuse in specific the extensive use of "hash". Yet, he still fasts all of ramadan and occasionally prays. He asks God for forgiveness and never to be sick. He also added that if he were to stay home and never to work again this is something that doesnt scare him. He also said that working in a nightclub is not considered a sin in his opinion because he only sings.
