Shereen Reda the star of “The Slap” opposite Sherif Monir and Hussein Fahmy

Actress Shereen Reda had quit acting in the mid nineties, after staring in only 2 movies opposite Ahmed Zaki, only to return again recently with her movie called “Ashraf the Thief” and to start preparing for many other movies. After deliberations and many apologies star Shereen Reda joined the cast of the series “The Slap” in preparation to start shooting in hopes of releasing the series during Ramadan.The series is a documentary from the Egyptian Intelligence portraying the life of an agent from the fifties up until the October war in 1973. The series has been postponed for almost a year because it required the approval of many federal and official institutions in regards to the script that contained many details about this hero.The script is written by Ahmed Abdel Fatah and directed by Magdi Abu Emaira. It is staring Sherif Monir, Hussein Fahmy, Ola Ghanem and Mohamed Ragab.
