“One Whole One” is one of the movies that has been undergoing unfortunate delays along the line. From the very beginning when it was scheduled to play during Eid of 2010 until the delay that took place just days ago. The movie was scheduled to play during Eid Al Adha which is happening in a week’s time. Yet again the decision was made to postpone the movie because of unfinished scenes. In a television interview, script writer Tamer Habib stated that the scenes will be completed next week only 3 days before Eid, which doesn’t allow enough time for editing and preparing the commercial copy for theaters before the 5th of November. The movie will probably be released during the mid year holidays, which seems better than releasing it during Eid because this season will witness an aggressive competition between movies for famous stars such as Ahmed Helmy, Ahmed Mekki and Tamer Hosni.“One Whole One” is written by Tamer Habib and directed by Hady El Bagoori, starring Hani Salama, Kinda Aloush, Basma, Rania Youssef and Yasmin Raees.
