Gamil Rateb dedicates his honoring in Dubai to the revolution martyrs

The great artist Gamil Rateb considered the honoring of Dubai International Film Festival the eighth that launched yesterday, Wednesday December the 7th and will continue until the 14th of December with the attendance of Al-Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai and UAE Vice President, a certificate of great appreciation for him and Egypt, and dedicated it to January 25th revolution martyrs and the Arab spring martyrs in general.During a large applause from audience, Rateb said that a president had ruled his country for three decades with a repressive regime, before the revolution came with the martyrs' blood to drop this system, therefore he dedicates his prize and honoring to them.He felt a great appreciation, because the Egyptian artists that the festival honored before him were: Faten Hamama, Omar El-Sherif, Adel Imam and him being the forth is a real source of pride for him.
