Mias Hamdaan from Upper Egypt in the series "Al Naar wal Teen"

Mais Hamdan recently started filming her new series "Al Naar wal Teen" or "Fire and Mud" opposite actresses Sawsan Badr, Madeline Tabar and actor Yasser Galal.Mais plays the role of a gilr called "Jawaher" from Upper Egypt suffering from issues ofn vengence and poverty within her community.Mais did alot of practising when it came to perfecting the upper Egyptian dialect, especially with the fact that she is Jordanian not even Egyptian. According to a survey that took place within the Arab community made by the magazine "Sayedati" Mais was awarded the title of best Jordanian actress for the year 2011. "Al Naar wal Teen" is written by Anwar Abdel Mogeith and directed by Ahmed Fahmy Abdel Zaher and it is a "Soot Al Kahera" production.
