In an interview with “Al Masry Al Yoom” newspaper, actress Ilham Shaheen revealed the reasons why filming her new movie “A Day for Women” or “Yoom Lil Setat” has stopped, where Ilham claims that the director Abla Abu Zekry insisted to film the outdoor scenes outside a studio. Ilham adds that most of the scenes for the movie are meant to be in an alley, and at the moment due to security issues, Ilham refused to shoot the scenes in those locations. After the director finally convinced her it was time for the parliamentary elections and the cast and crew were unable to remove the banners that were all over the place covering lamp posts, billboards and buildings. The movie stars Menna Fadali and Ahmed Dawood alongside Ilham Shaheen, and it is written by Hanna Atteya.
