France Academy of Cinematic Arts and Techniques, which is equivalent to the Oscars, is giving its honorary 'Cesar' to the British actress Kate Winslet. The Academy chose Winslet to celebrate her choice in films in the last two decades in her cinematic career. The 36 year old actress is the youngest ever to receive 5 Oscar nominations and then the sixth in 2008 for her role in "The Reader". She will be awarded the 'Cesar' in the Academy's celebration that will take place on 24 February in Paris.
