"Zay El Ward" is to change the drama competition vision!

Producer "Sadeq Al Sabah" held a press conference of his new series "Zay El Ward – Just Like Roses" and director "Saad Hindawy" revealed that this drama work is the first Arabic soap opera to be an original screen play which is not adopted or translated from any other work. With the attending of most of its stars and cast from Egypt and Lebanon, Hindaway added that this work was well studied in order to compete with any successful soap like the Turkish dramas that are highly watched in the Arabic world. He assured that there are no obstacles for drama production in Egypt and nothing is in the way of making classic art in the Hollywood of the East.The intentions of the producer ""Al Sabah" with this work is to increase the viewing rates of drama after Ramadan which is considered the season for all new dramas. He is willing to overcome the habit of releasing new series in Ramadan only, so the drama will e released in Ramadan 2012 and will continue after it. "Zay El Ward" is an Egyptian drama written by Feda Al Shandouly and has a Lebanese touch where the Lebanese actors will speak in their own slang.
