Ministry of Culture circumvent the director "Ibrahim El Batout"

The famous director Ibrahim El Batout has refused the financial grant offered by the Ministry of Culture after knowing that the movie "Ali Maaza" must be firstly approved by Censorship of Artistic Works, and the Interior Ministry.On his official "facebook" page El Batout denounced these restrictions that they contradict with the revolution perspectives.He also explained that this condition wasn't previously mentioned when the Ministry of Culture enabled the opportunity of applying. That's why he presented his movie for the grant.El Batout is famous for his independent, low budget movies. However, his both movies "Ain Shams" and "Haawy" received many cinematic awards.
