Hugh Jackman tweets his first official photo in “Les Miserables”

After the paparazzi posted unofficial photos online last week, actor Hugh Jackman posted his first photo as Jean Valjean in “Les Miserable” on his Twitter page. Hugh looks older than his real age with an untidy beard to match the miserable looks of Jean who was jailed for 20 years for stealing a loaf of bread. The 2012 version of “Les Miserable” is an adaptation from Victor Hugo’s classic novel that has the same title and it’s directed by Oscar winner Tom Hooper. Hooper is presenting the story as a musical which makes it different than the many times it was filmed before.The film which will be released on 14 December 2012, stars next to Jackman: Russel Crowe, Ann Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Amanda Seyfried and Sacha Baron Cohen.
