The very promising director Michael Bay that presented the block buster sequel "Transformers" is producing a reboot of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". As agreed with Paramount, Bay decided to drop the "Teenage" and "Mutant" from the title, and is feeling enthusiastic about the script which is going to carry a new vision of the classic cartoon and comic book of the famous four "Leonardo", "Michael Angelo", "Donatello" and "Raphael". "Ninja Turtles" is written by Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec and will be directed by Jonathan Liebesman who will start shooting it next fall to release it in summer 2013.
