"Zafeer" has its Egypt premiere in the Photo Festival.

After participating in the 8th run of Dubai International Film Festival in the Short Films category, and receiving a certificate of Merit; "Zafeer – Exhalation" is having its Egypt premiere at the French Cultural Center at 5:00pm on Saturday. Producers, Day Dream, announced on their Facebook page that their short film will be part of the 8th run of the Photo Festival which is held at the center. "Zafeer" is about the ordinary life of an elderly couple in their 70's and how they are trapped in their day-to-day silent routine. Director Omar Al Zuhairi picked up the lead actors Ahmed Mazen and Galila from a retirement home as he wished to present real life characters in his film.It's worth mentioning that the Photo Festival started on 3 April and will be closing tomorrow. The festival is presenting two awards which are invitations to attend the Marseille International Film Festival and the Mediterranean Film Festival in Montpellier.
