“Titanic” arrives safely at the 2 billion dollar worldwide harbor.

Even though its total gross in the USA did not exceed $50 million; “Titanic” in its 3D new version has reached $2 billion in the worldwide box office! The new version was released at the 100th anniversary of the unsinkable ship sinking but it seems that the film was always going on the opposite direction, always heading up!The original “Titanic” which was released in 1997 gathered $1.8 billion and stayed the greatest gross film in the history of cinema for 12 years before hitting another iceberg “Avatar” in 2009 that took its place with $2.8 billion. “Avatar” ironically is also directed by James Cameron.
