A special position in the UN for a special Angelina Jolie

UN refugee agency appointed American actress and human rights activist Angelina Jolie as a Special Refugee Envoy of its High Commissioner Anthony Guterres. Angela is considered one of the most active UN Good Will Ambassadors where she annually travels to areas with humanitarian crisis and issues.Andrea Edward, spokesperson for the agency said that the Special Envoy has expanded roles and commits Angelina to extra activities concerning refugee issues especially in Somalia and Afghanistan. Angelina has directed "In The Land of Blood and Honey" last year which looked at the war between Serbia and Bosnia from a UN perspective.
