James Cameron to cooperate with China

In order to widen the market for American film industry, all big companies like Disney and Marvel are planning to cooperate with China, that represents 15 % of the world population. That´s what James Cameron is also trying with his recent visit to China.The "Avatar" and "Titanic" director is meeting some officials for media and film production companies in China in order to study the possibilty of a joint production, in his visit that would last 5 days.Cameron has told Reuters that they are really looking into this issue and they need to understand the dimensions of the Chinese film industry to know how they could benefit from this planned cooperation.He also added that Chinese cinema will get huge benefit in case of the success of this cooperation as Americans will bring infrastructure for that joint production and work on 3D technology and reciprocate the latest technologies that would serve the film industry in general and Chinese industry in specific.James Cameron´s films achieved huge successes in China, with Titanic topping their box office for 2 weeks.
