Suhair Al Murshedy: I disagree with Emam politically but I am against prosecuting him!

The great actress Suhair Al Murshedy finally came out of her silence and commented on what's happening in Egypt of terrorizing the liberty of speech, art and creativity. Al Murshedy said: "Why is Emam being proseducted now on films he did years ago? I fear that this is an indication for every artist's destiny if he exercises a freedom of creativity!"She added: "Emam has made this film ten years ago; therefore, the court must prosecute every writer, artist and view of that time. The irony of this case is the retro-trialing of it!Even though I disagree with Emam's political and artist views; but I believe in the liberty of creativity and though. I am astonished and cannot understand trialing an artist for impersonating characters that do exist in society. It's like prosecuting an individual for a whole society's faults."
