Mohamed Nagaty returns as Baligh Hamdy

Mohamed Nagaty is getting ready for his big return with “Madah El Qamar”, in which he will portray the late great composer Baligh Hamdy; a role he signed on for 2 years ago but some production issues kept delaying it and then the revolution came after. Mohamed Nagaty is currently putting the filming plan with director Magdy Ahmed Ali. The series tells the story of Baligh Hamdy since his birth in 1931 until his death in 1993, along with all influential people he met along the way like Om Kalthoum, Abdel Halim Hafez, Sabbah, Warda, Nagat El-Saghyra and Fayza Ahmed.On another front, Nagaty is working on his series “Ebn moot” in which he plays an opportunist businessman starring opposite Khaled El-Nabawy, directed by Mohamed Samir. Last but not least, he stars opposite Youssef El-Sherif in “zay El ward”, directed by Saad Hendawy.
