Wael Ramadan returns to the spotlight

Director and actor Wael Ramadan started filming his scenes in the 9th part of the series "Boq'et doa' " or "Spotlight" in Damascus, with a great number of Syrian actors led by director Amer Fahd. His latest contribution to the series was back in 2005 in the 5th part that was directed back then by Hesham Sharbatgy.He said that the series is a really important series as it portrays important issues in life in a sarcastic way, and the presence of director Fahd Amer made him feel better.Wael Ramadan has recently turned down the 2nd part of "Ayam El Derasa" or "School days" for director Mohamed Barqooq, claiming that he would add nothing for the role and the character isn't like it used to be in the 1st part.Wael recently finished his scenes in "El Enfegar" or "Explosion" with director Mohamed Zohair Ragab, in which he plays a detective investigating a terrorist attack on a bus from Damascus to Halab.
