The film is one of the 21st films competing for the Palme d'Or in the official competition in Cannes Film Festival, and marks the first Egyptian film since Youssef Shaheen's "El Masir" or "Destiny" to participate in the festival.The film takes place in the period between "Mawqeat El Gamal" or "The camel's incident" until Maspero's incident. It tells the story of Reem, a political activist, who hits the streets to do a field research about the situation in order to find out what is really going on. Then, she meets Mahmoud whose delayed work conditions force him to participate in "Mawqeat El Gamal"; however, she sympathizes with him. Through this relationship, the film monitors this transitional period that Egypt is going through.The film is starring Menna Shalaby, Bassem Samra and Nahed El-Sebaay.
