New York Times gave special attention to Egyptian film "Baad El Mawqeaa", directed by Youssry Nasr Allah after its screening in Cannes Festival. It stated that the film tells the story of "Mawqeat el gamal" or "Battle of the camels", Mubarak's attempt to quell the revolution, that took place 2nd of February 2011, and what happened after to the lives of people who participated in it.The report quoted Yousry Nasr Allah that tourists left Egypt after the revolution, and drivers of horses and camels were starving that they started selling camels to butchers. It described the film as politically daring as it tells the story of middle and lower class in the society and how they seek change and try to bring down the walls. Finally, the icing on the cake, it compared Bassem Samra, who played horse trainer Mahmoud, to Marlon Brando, explaining that this is not the first co-operation between Bassem and Nasr Allah, as they worked before during the 90s starting with the film "El Qahera kama yaraha Youssef Shahin"
