Alexandria International Film Festival introduces Best Critic Study and Article Award.

Walid Seif, critic and president of the 28th Alexandria International Film Festival for Mediterranean countries announced that this edition will introduce a competition for best critic analysis and article. The first prize for best critic study is 10,000 LE and the prize for best article is 5000 LE and applications are to be submitted before the end of this month.The festival which is taking place between 12 and 19 July has accepted films from 8 countries: Bosnia, Morocco, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Algeria, Turkey and Slovenia. This edition will be screening Short Films from Mediterranean countries that participated in other international film festivals. The festival organizing committee has chosen Yosra El Lawzy and critic Magdy El Tayib as Jury members for the Digital competition under the management cinematography director Saeed Shemy.
