Director Steve McQueen has chosen Paul Giamatti, Sarah Paulson and Garret Dillahunt to join Brad Pitt, Michael Fassbender and Benedict Cumberbatch in his new film "Twelve years a slave".The film is based on a true story in the 18th century about Solomon Northup a man living in New York during the mid-1800s is kidnapped and sold into slavery in the deep south, but somehow manages to contact his wife who tries to save him."Twelve years a slave" is written by both McQueen and John Ridley, and it is considered the third long feature film for McQueen after "Hunger" and "Shame".
